I had my oil changed at the cottman ave location just a couple days ago. As soon as I left there my check engine light was going on and off so I go to look under the hood and these idiots you have working never put the oil cap back my engine and slammed the hood shut on the cap leaving a dent in my hood. This is a photo of how my oil cap and the dent it left.
THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!!! HOW DO YOU CHANGE MY OIL BUT DON'T CHANGE MY OIL FILTER!!!!! WHAT KIND OF SHENANIGANS IS THAT?????? I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE JIFFY LUBE AGAIN!!!!!!!

I went in for service on my car this morning and I am very impressed and satisfied with the service that I received. The staff was very friendly, nice, professional, and not to mention efficient. I will most definitely be returning
Excellent customer service five stars all the way. from the minute you get there they explain what they're going to do. They hold the door for you every time they offered me coffee. They explained the options for the oil and other treatments for your car,. But they didn't pressure you either way. They were happy to take an electronic coupon. It's great I go there again and I would recommend it.
