Traveling thru on the way to Boston & stopped for an oil change. June 14. Employees spilled my coffee in the car & failed to tell us or clean it up. Have called repeatedly & have yet to receive a response from anyone. Horrible business practice
Never have I felt more appreciated as a customer, they are quick honest and very friendly definitely coming back
Thank you to the team at Jiffy Lube on Bald Hill. I stopped in this morning right as they opened at 8. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, very professional and really fast! They worked like a pit crew to get me on my way, which was awesome. Thanks again guys!
