I have had the BEST experience here! A huge shout out to SJ (Sonya) for being professional, detailed and just awesome. This is the best oil change experience I've had in my life. I had no idea they do free top offs.
I went in there about an hour before I had to be at work. There were a lot of cars in the parking lot, so I was worried it would be a long wait. One of the guys informed me that they could get me in right then. They had my car done in less than 20 minutes, and I had a coupon, so got the service for $15 less than anticipated!!
6 months ago I went back, I was next in line car at bay entrance. Aftr they messed up another customers car they processed the person who came in 15 minutes after I did. When I mentioned it, the look I got was, I wouldn't go back in this shop again if those 2 are still there even for a free oil change. Excellent: Professional timely customer service. Completed everything I asked for. PLUS couple of extras.
Why have a state inspection sign on your building if you don't want to do inspections. I went there this morning and was told that they were not doing inspections today because they were busy. There was one car in the garage and 1 in the parking lot. Waste of time. Will never go there again!
Oil change and inspection at the same time. Yes, they did try to sell me other services, but I passed. In and out in about 30 minutes
Do not trust these guys with your vehicle. Poor customer service, and they can't even rotate tires without breaking the wheel locks on a brand new vehicle. Clowns. And keep promising to make it right with nothing but the run around!
