Never had an oil leak until we were charged $120 for our $60 oil change today and they would not honor the coupon linked from their website. Now oil has spilled all over the driveway and check engine light is on. Never use Jiffy Lube because they will vandelize your vehicle at this location and take 2 hours to do it.
I visited Leander's Jiffy Lube this past summer while I was visiting family. I was out of town from Georgia and needed an oil change. The manager was friendly and was very helpful in giving me the details on what my van needed. I've recently moved to Leander and took my other vehicle in for an oil change. I was surprised that the manager remembered me. He was quick and efficient in taking care of my car. I won't be letting anyone else do the oil changes on my vehicles. Couldn't recommended these class act people more.
Folks were nice, friendly service. But incredibly slow. 2 cars in 2 bays. I was there for 1 1/2 hours for a simple oil change.
They do good work and majority of people were nice but one guy who was trying to get inside past me was very rude. They do good work though, but that one person needs a lesson on customer service. Everyone else was great.
Well I won’t be going back to this place first off when I told him I would not like an air filter I’ll look at it next time he comes out and tells me that my filter will be black by then � when I get back in my car which I usually never have to get out of my car for an oil change, there is oil on the door panel like huge smudge everywhere. Wish you could upload pictures cause I would! Please choose somewhere else they just don’t care.
