Got the job done, but weren't welcoming and didn't tell us when it was done, so we waited much longer than necessary. They did a service for us we didn't consent to and it costed us an extra $100. Very disappointed.
We had our oil change done on August 28. We also asked to have the tire pressure checked. First, one of the tires was left without a cap, and second, the tires were actually less inflated than when we came in. We had to redo the tire pressure at another shop. Now I’m wondering if my oil change was even done properly…
Love the energy they have at jiffy live it's always a warm welcome even in the blistering heat we have I want to give a big shout out to Chance B and Tawni Q for great customer service. Highly recommend the jiffy lube on S River Rd
