This was the first Jeffy Lube that I ever used and experience was great
These guys are seriously the best! And they're fun! OK, I change that now! This USED to be a place i loved! Came in with a minor problem and the girl was SO RUDE and actually argued with me! Then they acted like I was am inconvenience! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS ONE AGAIN!!!!!! I will for sure find somewhere else!
Chance was super helpful. I called just before close and they were able to fit me in for an oil change. Customer service is a dying art but it’s alive and well with Chance. Thanks for your service. I considered using Walmart but they were beyond crust and horrible customer service… too bad for them. I’m never going there.
Every one else was great except shelbie (I believe) who checked us out- yelling/ being straight up rude never been treated worse at any business. Ever. Before I talked to her she was cussing us out. I can’t imagine what’s she’s going through to treat us that bad.
Excellent service! They were quick, efficient and honest.
