Justin was a lifesaver today. My tire popped nearby the shop and he put on a spare in about 5 minutes! Good people here!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation for my vehicle and had the worst experience I've had at any Jiffy Lube. I was told that I would have to wait for 15 minutes to have an engine air filter brought over from another Jiffy Lube. After nearly an hour and a half later, they brought the WRONG air filter and said I had just better head over to the dealership to get the right one. Absolutely horrible customer service and sheer incompetence from the staff. I would give zero stars if I could.
The employees are always so friendly and helpful. Shelbie impressed me very much! She greeted me with an enthusiastic attitude while she was standing in the rain. We had a horrible storm today. She has great energy and also was my cashier. Great job 👍 She was terrific!
