I called this location about getting a state inspection earlier this week. I was told that they don't take appointments, but the state inspector is there Monday-Friday 9-5. I said that was fine and I would come by Friday. I go Friday afternoon and I was told that actually the state inspector had taken off that day, but he'd be back Saturday (today) 12-5. I went back today around 3:30 and was told that the state inspector works Monday-Friday 9-5. I said that I was there yesterday and had been told that he would be in today 12... read more
Everybody was cool, polite, helpful, did not try to talk me into things I did not need, in and out, Jr is ready for the winter thanks to these guys! BTW....print a coupon online! �
Do not go here. Took 7 hours just for a state inspection. They told me it was ready and done when i called the first time once i get there magically there is something wrong. Didnt even show me just poked my headlight and said the headlight assembly was loose. So i called their complaint line and the manager from the store called me wouldnt help asked to speak with his manager said he would tell him didnt get any call for 5 days then i call back get a number to a private line whose voicemail says its joe. Terrible
