This place is terrible, they claimed that I needed a new air filiter, flushed my break fluid and replaced it without telling me it would cost $60, then they did a " new customer upgrade" which was $49 and they told me my 12 year old car needed high milage oil to be safe to run. I spent $190 on an oil change, what a rip off. Dont go here
I normally would not state my opinion publicly but I’m sure this will help the next person out tremendously. Do not EVER go to jiffy lube they will recommend extra services just to fatally screw you over. They will damage your car. I went for an oil change and I’m now spending a thousand dollars to get other things fixed that had nothing to do with my initial visit there. For about a month now I have remained silent over how incompetent this place is. I understand mistakes happen. All I have asked is to please just fix my car. Well my engine is still throwing codes, the most crucial codes are gone but still throwing codes that my turbo isn’t getting the right amount of boost. One mechanic told me that he didn’t think it was a bad code, I should be okay to drive to GA to go see my family. I’m sorry am I unreasonable here??? By not leaving their fingerprints all over the glovebox. by not leaving grease smudges on the leather seats of a 1 year old car. grease smudges on drivers side visit
Just picked up our vehicle. Why would someone go through my glove compartment? The manual was in plain view. I opened it to put my ear muffs into it and shut it. It was nice and neat when I left it. After picking up our car and driving it through the car wash across the street, vacuuming it then driving it home to detail it personally, upon opening my glove compartment I found it in total disarray. Not to mention a large greasy palm print left on the drivers light colored leather seat. Very disappointed!
Awesome service! I was in and out in about 15 minutes! Everyone was so polite, they even opened my door for me! That doesn’t happen often! Great job, fellas!
