best experience So far the best experience I personally had at a jiffy lube. the guys here are very nice. They kept me updated about my vehicle and was in n out in less than 15 minutes. They even offered me a comp water bottle! You don't get offered anything anywhere anymore these days. Lol
UNSAFE - Will never go again! I had my oil changed and tires rotated. The next day while I was driving my hub cap flew off. When I called the store they kept putting me on hold saying they couldn't locate my receipt. They then asked me to come by so they could take a look. When I went down there they took a fast look, said it wasn't lined up properly when put back on, gave me a sorry and sent me on my way. Good thing it hadn't hit anyone and that I was able to retrieve it. They should have at least refunded my tire rotation ... read more
They get you in and out fast They will get your car in fast and out in about 15 to 20 minutes but they way over charge I think. I cost me 45 dollars for a oil change. The employee's were nice and helpful but again not worth the price. I would definily look in the news paper for a coupon for some where else first.
