For my first time at this location i was extremely disappointed. I'm giving two stars because the oil change was quick easy and the gentleman that did the work deserves so recognition (although i did not get his name) The reason for the two stars is Andrew. Andrew met me in the parking lot and immediately started to talk to me like I was stupid and then proceeded to talk down to me the entire time i was there. Had a very pleasant visit.I was immediately greeted by Edgar (Ed?) He took me inside as I waited for an oil change. They kept me informed and ask before they did a nything. I am 71 and really appreciated they treated like a human and not someone " out to pasture". I will be going back.
Jiffy Lube was very fast and efficient!!!! Coming from a guy that delivers parts to them from O Reilly’s, they did a great job at getting me in and out quick. Great job guys and keep up the fantastic service for your customers 😁😁😁
