I've been coming to this location for the past couple of years. Earl always makes sure I get the best deal for my money and is never pushy on making me buy anything extra. When I pulled in for an oil change today, near closing time, Earl and Jacobi were so kind and took care of my car needs. I appreciate the great customer service!
I have been coming here for about 10 years. They are always respectful and nice. My husband lost some money and we haven't known where it was for about a week. Sure enough it was in the car and they found it and gave it to me. I have never had any issues with them and love how nice they are.
I won't be returning to this location, the customer service of the man named Earl was beyond unacceptable. I've never been treated so poorly from a business in my life. I hope they fix his attitude. I give my experience a high negative!
As a woman, I’ve always been afraid to take my car anywhere for maintenance, for fear of getting ripped off and talked into something I don’t need and can’t afford. That never happens here! The guys that run this place are super friendly & honest. They never come in to tell me anything is wrong with my car, which always happened at competitors. Their hours are super convenient with my busy schedule, and I can always rest easy when they’re taking care of my oil changes. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!
These guys really are great! They provide quality service and are always friendly. I have been using this shop for many years.
