People very nice but service wasn’t the best! Still hair on my seats, foot print on glove box, and windshield wasn’t even washed! Called manager on way home and informed him... he was very courteous and gracious! I will be receiving another full service we will seee how that goes and will update this rating at that time until then going to clean my car again myself!
I had my oil changed recently somehow they have my truck in their computer 3 times and are unable to synchronize. Plus, on top of that last time I found a flat screwdriver under the hood afterwards. They love to tell you your 1 pint low on antifreeze... I WAS NOT. I TOLD them I looked right before. Slightly dishonest salespeople! The free carwash is good but Wilton location is showing its age compared to Ballston Spa location. BS does a much better job!
Got my car inspected yesterday and of course it passed but as I got into my car and look at the sticker they forgot to punch the hole for August so I told them and they send this kid outside and he took a pocket knife out of his pocket and started cutting a hole where August is and it ended up cutting the whole bottom the sticker off and the kid said the sticker is still good don't worry about it I said no replace it, so the kid got pissed off but I don't care I will never return to this place

I was talked into getting an oil I didn't need. I should of gotten the regular one. They try to get you the more expensive one. Just didn't like his attitude. He said everyone's on a budget.

No organization here at all today! There were no other cars in line when we got here and we're still waiting for our oil change an hour later!! Now they are so behind it's ridiculous!
When you get your oil changed at Jiffy lube and you practically sign a death sentence. Not only did my check engine light come on as soon as I left, but they DIDN'T CLOSE MY HOOD! Which I noticed as I'm going down the northway in the 3rd lane.

The mangers there are complete dirt bags and they rip there costumers off and are a bunch of scam artists and treat there employees like shit

Can not believe I came to get my oil changed here. Was told it will take about 30 mins. It has been an hour and a half and I'm still waiting. 5 workers just standing around in The bat talking and laughing. Seems like they forgot there is Windows. Unbelievable. I will never come back to a Jiffy Lube due to this.
