We have been taking our vehicles to the DuPont Jiffy Lube for regular maintenance - the staff has always been very helpful and do amazing work. Today they went ABOVE and BEYOND for me to help with a battery issue. Jackie and Danny really saved me! I can not recommend this Jiffy Lube enough; not just for oil changes, but a lot more that I never knew of (including educating me!) THANK YOU!
My husband opened my car hood today & we found a screwdriver and two screws where my air filter had never been changed. Looks like they started but never finished taking it apart and never bothered to put it back together..
I paid $78 to have ZERO service! The oil had not been changed...It was black and runny! The inside cabin filter was replaced with a paper filter that didn't even fit! I was asked if I wanted to replace my cabin filter with a like for like carbon one and I said yes. They told me I had an oil leak also. I took my car, a 2013 Kia Optima, back to the dealership and they confirmed the oil wasn't changed and the cheap cabin filter replacement. There was no oil leak either!!
