Please beware of this place. I got a flat tire, took my car to this shop, the employee there (Steven S.) showed me a "nail" (screw) on an irreparable side of my tire (they were only 2 years old) and told me the only solution was to replace the tires, which I did for US $350. Two days later I woke up to the exact same wheel with a flat tire again. What are the odds. Took over an hour for simple oil change. Said they had problem with oil filter. Got about half way home and the check engine light came on. Took the car back to them, manager on duty didn't know anything about the issues with the car. Came back again and spoke to the manager on duty that worked on my car. Found out they broke a part and super glued it back together. Was told this is what they do all the time and it usually works. They're always friendly and they get the job done fast. They never pressure me into paying for things I don't need, which I appreciate
Wow!!! I have been to several other Jiffy Lube's before but this one really set's the standard. Their facility is amazing. I was really impressed with the waiting room. Unfortunately they were so quick that I wasn't able to spend hardly any time in it. The guys were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about what my car needed. I also got a free car wash with my oil change. I would definitely recommend taking your car to these guys, top notch!
FREE car wash with oil change Have been to many oil change locations. This one is great and gives you a FREE car wash with their service. Expected to pay $45 bucks, bill came to $22 which was cheaper than the other guys in town even with their dumb coupon!
Never go Worst place to go. I went there because they had a sign for a $20.00 oil change and when all was said and done, it cost me $45.00. I didn??t get anything special done and got the basic oil and oil filter. The $ 20.00 that they had on the sign did not include a filter or service or anything other than the oil price (for basic Pennzoil). When I asked why so much, they said because I have 4x4 drive. Poor Poor service! Do not go here! – Just last Friday 10/15/10 I went in for an oil change. They told me that the fuel filter was due so I had them change it. It is now Sunday and went out to do some work. When I arived at my location my car stalled. Didn't know what was going on would not turn over so I went inside the location to do my work. When I came out I seen a huge puddle of gas on the ground coming from my car. Looked under and the bracket for my fuel filter was not on and gas was leaking out from the fuel filter! T... read more
LAME – jiffy lube is a horrible place to take your car. they will hire anybody who knows nothing about cars. i know for a fact they have blown over 5 engines in the past year. they have very low standards, and just want to make money off of you. they try to sell you everything, even if you don't need it. $50 for an oil change? thats outrageous. take your car to a real shop for an oil change, and they can check everything else over. I can't emphasise enough how poorly they run there shop.
