Great Customer Service!! I recently had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. The service was exceptional! All of the staff was friendly and willing to explain anything I wanted. I will definately get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube in 3000 miles!!! PROS: Excellent Customer Service!! CONS: NONE!!

went and got an oil change and and paid to have my windshield fluid filled TWO weeks ago. got to use my windshield cleaner ONCE and it ran out, they did not fill it. then was getting ready to go on a road trip a couple days ago and checked my oil and it was already completely empty. so I have already had to refill that as well. have been on the road a couple days now and I keep checking my oil making sure my car isnt burning it and guess what. it's still full. so there is no way they filled my oil after my oil change for it ... read more
MY DAUGHTER TOOK HER CAR THERE YESTERDAY.. GOT IT HOME TO FIND OUT ALL HER ANTIFREEZE WAS LEAKING OUT.. TOOK IT BACK THIS MORNING BEARLY MADE IT THERE.. AND THEY JUST SAID OH YEAH ITS LEAKING.. IT WAS LEAKING YESTERDAY TAKE IT TO GET FIX... HER CAR WAS PERFECTLY FINE AND IF IT WAS LEAKING LIKE THEY SAY IT WAS.. THEY SHOULD'VE TOLD HER THAT YESTERDAY.. YOU CAN'T EVEN DRIVE THE CAR FOR 10 MINUTES.. REALLY DISAPPOINTED NEVER USING THIS LOCATION AGAIN.. 😡

Just lube saves my day. My coolant was bone dry at 1015 this morning. I was overheating and they topped off my oil and coolant free of charge even though my oil changed was due.. They are awesome I'll go in Saturday for sure and give them my business
