Our project was an extended covered patio with a fireplace and built in grill/ kitchenette. We are very satisfied with the final results!The guys working on the project did a good job cleaning up each night. Working with JHB on a few aesthetic issues; company is more than willing to address our concerns. Price was very reasonable when considering result. If another project comes up we would work with JHB again.
I hired this guy TWICE and both jobs were incomplete and poorly done. I was ready to sue this contractor in small claims court when I realized I didn't want him on my property again. His reason for not completing the work I paid him for: he said "due to the way you talked about me and my company I will no longer work for you." I felt that Darryl Strumpf misled me. Communication has been very challenging with Joe. We have gone the extra mile to try to satisfy this customer including a refund. He disputed the charge with the credit card company. They investigated the claim and found that JHB was not negligent and ruled in favor of JHB. We are sad that we couldnt satisfy Joe. I hired JHB LTD to do some sound proofing for my ceiling. Living in a middle floor condo, noise tends to be a problem. They did an excellent job and things have gotten much better!
We had our only bathroom completely remodeled. The crew from JHB was wonderful and the work exceptional. Not everything went according to plan, but they helped find creative ways to make it all work. We are very pleased with the our new bathroom and thankful to Gareth, Miguel and the rest of the crew for a wonderful job. We look forward to having them return next year when we remodel our kitchen!
They have stuck to their issues, came back to fix a problem. They were very good in their work.
