I came here on a referral to fix my bent engagement ring band. They far exceeded my expectations!!! My ring was fixed, & back to beautiful in under 3 minutes. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and generous!!! The store is clean, organized and has a gorgeous selection of classic & unique jewelry designs, as well as a counter full of coins!!! I will be coming back! I highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Didn't even talk to us for a minute. Don't trust them with repairing gold rings. Horrible experience.
They grabbed my wedding ring without telling me what the cost would be to make it smaller. They tested one size, and didn't ask if it would be comfortable. When I tried asking questions, they said "we don't have time, go somewhere else". But there were only 2 other customers waiting. I enjoyed coming here last year. But I will never come back. They were so rude. It's a wedding ring that should be worn every day for the rest of our lives. Show some care.
