I used to like this eye doctor. They explained everything well the last couple times I’ve been here. This visit though was not so great. To start, they weren’t even open when My husband and I arrived for our appointments (we were only 2 minutes early). To top it off, the receptionist was unaware of anything I was asking her. She mentioned we would have to pay a fitting fee for my husband’s contacts. I didn’t know what this was and when I asked, she said it was because he was getting contacts.
