Just wanted to take a minute to say how welcoming and fabulous the employees are at Jewelers On Main! Great atmosphere, with beautiful and very unique jewelry. I would recommend this store for all of your jewelry needs! If you’re needing any help with anything jewelry related I would definitely go see them! They do fantastic work, overall the best jewelry store in Mooresville!!

I was in your store today for about 10 seconds. I have no idea what the scent was you had in there but I was so choked I had to leave. I still have a nasty headache from it. I am sure you think it enhances you business, not sure how, but you need to be aware that many people are scent sensitive or just plain allergic to strong odors like that, Be advised that I will not be stopping into your store again!

Sue we are truly sorry you found the scent of our store overwhelming. We are a full service jeweler and do repairs on premises. I believe what you smelled is lemon Mr. Clean that we use to clean the jewelry that is repaired in store. I do think however that you could have sent a personal message and brought this to our attention instead of giving us a low review on Facebook, you did not receive bad service, bad product and were not treated rudely, you didn't even make it two feet inside the store. I was blown away by the kindness and genuine customer service I received today by all of the staff! I was greeted by a sweet young man as we walked in (with my almost 2 year old on tow) and immediately helped by who I believe was the owners daughter. She was so wonderful and helpful! She talked to my son to help keep him entertained and quickly helped me find and order what I needed! We took my engagement ring to be reset and cleaned, the whole process took about 10 minutes and it is so gorgeous, thank you! The young man who helped us did a stellar job!

I had ordered a handmade bar necklace online, and when I received it in the box it was tangled. I received assistance from Jewelers on Main, who untangled the delicate chain, and did not charge me for their service, even though it was not their merchandise. The staff was all so friendly, and I will definitely be a customer!!

Very disappointed in Jewelers on Main. I did not authorize them to do anything to the band of my antique ring, only to add prongs to the stones. Now the ring is too large since they took it upon themselves to change the band. Went in to inquire what happened and I was dismissed, told "Rings are round." Apparently they hammered the band. The kicker is they want to charge me to now resize, or rather put it back the way it was!! Absolutely ZERO customer service. They should NEVER have touched the band without my consent.
