Absolutely fantastic place. Customer service is 5 star, A+++. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have been in there several times for different jewelry repairs and even a clock repair. They go above and beyond. You will not be disappointed.

RecommendedTook my earrings to Kay jewelers to get new backs for them which I was told were $27 a piece and to have a prong fixed because one of the diamonds were loose. Quoted me $47 and would take 2 weeks. Also, did a horrible job at “cleaning” my ring and earrings. Good thing it was complimentary. Walked right into Jewelers on Main and had my earring fixed on the spot with no charge and ordered the backs for less than half the price of Kays. I have known Alan all his life. He is such a joy to know and to work with on your jewelry needs. He has made special pieces for me and I love them. I have sent several people there and they were very impressed with his work and the attention he gives to you. Love his daughter, Zari Ann, who is always so helpful with anything you have a question on!!

Alan and his staff and fantastic! Bought our daughter pearl earrings for graduation and she loved them! They were so helpful as always with picking the perfect ones! Alan has been making pieces for us for over 20 years and they are always perfect! Highly recommend them!~S

I just picked up my ring today and can not stop looking at it! I brought my Grandmother’s engagement ring looking to have the diamond put in a more everyday setting so I could enjoy it. Zari was soooo helpful. She turned right to the setting I was looking for in their catalog but when she found that it would not fight the stone she helped me find the perfect setting to enhance the stone!
