Had a new head put on my engagement ring (bought elsewhere 13 years before) and paid the $90 fee. Within two weeks of picking it up, the new prongs were bent and I felt that the new head was too high... kept catching and scratching. Dave agreed to lower it and only after speaking to him did he agree to not charge since he had done the head to begin with. Not even two months after picking it up again, the entire head (diamond!) is gone from the ring! Dave has agreed to replace it all, but wants me to pay the $90 again! What?!... read more
