We brought in an unusual piece of metal and requested it be engraved in memory of our dog who recently passed away. Needless to say this was an emotional event for us. They did a very nice job, and when we picked it up, we were informed there was no charge. We were told they treat people the way they would want to be treated. What a good philosophy to have! Dover is lucky to have such a good group of people running this business.
