DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I've had my engagement ring since January and the diamond fell out! They don't "do insurance" and did nothing to remedy this. I'm devastated and can't believe this happened.
Had a couple pieces of jewelry fixed here and the quality of work was incredible as well as the customer service! Very trustworthy and they know their stuff!!

I came into jewlery Loupe, and we talked about putting her remains in wedding bands for my husband and I. We picked out rings and they took such special care on making sure to make these special for my husband and I. I cherish these rings with all my heart. Thank you .
