Location and natural products selection is convenient and appreciated. The biggest problem is the pharmacy service. The area NEEDS a pharmacy in this neighborhood that is actually run right. A manager is never onsite, and only 1 pharmacy tech runs everything. Many times customers are told items are not covered, when they actually are and/or they expect the customer to pay out of pocket pricing when they do not need to. More senior level people need to be in that area.
Deceptive pricing. Items are marked double and you are charged the higher price.
I've been getting my controlled substance and other meds from this pharmacy for many years. Every time I call them and inform the pharmacist that my Dr. sent a prescription or I have a refill to deliver, they don't have my meds. They say they need to order. It seems this pharmacy or pharmacist doesn't understand a patient's experience of being on controlled substances.
