Bought a coin op dryer from Jetsons and it arrived March 11 2022. As it was being delivered I recieved a call from the salesman saying we owed approx. $95 extra for delivery as we were out of area. The area was clear when we purchased. This was never mentioned before. They charged us for set up but said they did not know how to set the coins. They have now said they will not honor the extended warranty as we are out of area but will refund the cost. Will never reccomend them again. Do not trust even what is on your contract.

Went to Jetson for the 3rd or 4th time for the Superb customer service that Salesperson Tim always gives me. He listens to my needs and always finds what I need depending on my needs as I am very intense shopper and I always come back for the great buys I get on package Deals and outlety items. They carry outlet items as well as new and Tim finds just what I need considering what it is being used for...this store has a super friendly sales team and they work together great...
