We placed an online order and paid for it, only to show up to get it and they claim they never received our order. Wouldn’t even attempt to make it right and offered a phone number to supposedly get our money back. We are from out of town and now see that other places are closed.

Cannot believe jets sent us home with this burnt pizza and when we called for a refund they asked us to return it. We order here all the time but will not be back.
Ordered jets for dinner. Was told 70 minute delivery time - ok no biggie. Well it’s almost two hours past the time I ordered it and noones answered. $ has been pulled out and we have no pizza!
Ordered at 6.20pm for 7pm pick up. 7.30pm they realized they hadn’t started our order. Finally left with food at 8pm. And no apology......
