I sadly shattered the screen of my Galaxy phone and Jet City had no problem with replacing the screen, much quicker and also cheaper than sending the phone to Samsung. However the phone was never quite the same, I don't know if this was caused in any way by the repair or if I broke a couple components when I broke the screen. Jet City has been rescuing my phone for years, now, and whatever the repair, they do it exceedingly well and super fast. Run, don't walk, to Jet City Repair. Now, if only I could keep it in my pants to avoid accidents (that's what she said).
The guys at Jet City Device Repair are very knowledgeable. We stopped to have my battery replaced on my iPhone and have them look at an issue on a Samsung Note. They had both phone fixed, and we were out the door in 10 minutes. Fantastic work! No pressure or up-selling!
We had Touch Disease...until, that is, we took it to the REAL doctors. Jet City fixed 'er up good as new. What use to be daily complaining from my daughter about her phone being 'spasmatic' are now comments of joy about how nice it is to have a fully functioning phone again. These guys are good. They had it done in less time than what they'd estimated, and weeks after the repair the phone works like new. BIG THUMBS UP!
Great job! They replaced the screen on my daughter's iphone when another repair place told me it was too bent and wasn't fixable (it was barely bent). The guys at Jet City didn't hesitate to fix it. It works great! Glad I got a second opinion
