I love these folks! Since the beginning, I’ve trusted Jet City to fix my phone screen & then my iPads. Super quick & amazing! Terrific customer service. I scheduled an appointment a day in advance, was seen immediately, and had my phone fixed for a reasonable cost in less than 30 minutes. That's red carpet treatment.
It can be scary handing somebody over your phone (especially if it’s recently bought but already with a cracked screen!) But jet City has proven to me on too many occasions (ugh wish I wasn’t so clumsy) that they can be trusted. If something isn’t working correctly after a repair they’ve made it right for me. Took my son's iPhone 8 in for repair as the back glass had shattered. Holly noticed that the frame was bent, which would double the cost of repair, if she could not bend it back. 1 hour later, she had managed to straighten the phone, without replacing the frame, and replaced the back glass successfully! I cannot recommend JCD highly enough. Friendly, courteous and looking out for the customer's best interest! Will definitely use again!
Great place to get your phone fixed at a reasonable price. It’s really easy to book online and a confirmation is sent to your email. The staff are very friendly, professional, and accommodating. I was in and out in less than ten minutes to get my iPhone X screen replaced. The store itself is very clean, has coffee and water, couches, and a tv with amazon prime, Netflix, and etc. I’ll definitely be back!
Fast, reliable, and honest service. My first time, I walked in looking to get my charging port replaced so the guy poked at it for a few minutes. His diagnosis was that it just needed to be cleaned properly, so he cleaned it and didn't charge me. I've used them since then and they always get it done as promised.
