The dental hygienist was excellent! I would love to have her as my hygienist every time. She was very professional, kind, knowledgeable and I was very pleased and comfortable. The only downfall is that we scheduled my entire family for appts as our lives can be very busy, and we expected to have exams all taken care of at the same time. We have to come back for examination by the Dr.
Their COVID procedures made me feel more comfortable being there. The hygienist and Dr. Karen were both so kind and took time to explain things to me as I was very worried. They really care about their patients as people at Access Dental. Also, their appointment reminder system is so great.
The staff were very polite as were dr. Karen very professional explain to me what needed to be done gave me choices on what I wanted to do now and then other options later but overall very pleased I would recommend

I was impressed and appreciative of the steps taken to keep me and the staff safe during this challenging time. They had a great system and the staff executed it flawlessly.
I had a problem with a tooth. I get extremely nervous with going to the dentist. I made an appointment with Dr. Karen and was seen a week later which was good because my tooth really needed to be removed. Two of the dental assistants took care of my initial needs. Since they close at 2 pm time had run out and they evidently were unaware that I needed a tooth removed. I was close to an anxiety attack. So Dr. Karen stayed with her assistant after hours and lovingly and kindly stayed with Jamal and she calmed me down very much.... read more
Everyone was professional and polite, especially explaining the covid restrictions. My appointment was on time and the permanent crown fit perfectly. Highly Recommend!
My visit was excellent! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I've had bad experiences with dentist offices before, so it was wonderful having such a welcoming and understanding staff. My first time here couldn't have gone better, and I'm happy to be a new patient at Access Dental.
