Not knowing exactly what to expect since COVID, I did as instructed and phoned the front office to let them know of my arrival while in the parking lot. I was promptly directed to approach office door where I was greeted by a staff member who welcomed me inside the foyer, checked my temperature and asked me questions about the many COVID risks and symptoms. At the front desk, I was instructed to wash, not to use sanitizer, which I prefer rather sanitizer, Then, I was asked to read and sign a form to verify no COVID symptoms.... read more
This was our first visit and everyone was so friendly and sweet. I was very comfortable with the process. Dr. Rose was very sweet to my autistic 10 year old. Everything went smoothly and I look forward to coming back.
Very clean and social distance guidelines in place for covid- protections. Felt very safe!!
