The staff is great, very knowledgeable, and professional friendly. The dentist are very professional and understands their client. The staff made you feel apart of the family.
This was my daughters third dentist appointment; she’s two. The first two only cleaned until she tolerated and that wasn’t much AT ALL. Our visit to Access Dental was different. The woman that walked us back gave us a tour of the upcoming kids room and made us feel at home. The woman that cleaned her teeth was SO amazing with her. My daughter went along with the cleaning about 75% of the way, which was a HUGE improvement, then I was asked to hold her in a better position to complete the cleaning. My first visit was a delightful introduction to the services at Access Dental, particularly the discussion with Dr. Karen Rose and renewing acquaintances with receptionist Jessica. I have clear focus on the dental work before me and ways that I can save money through Access's Membership plan. My only concern is the lapse between visits, but openings may be available with cancelations. Thank you again for the positive, caring atmosphere.
