Yesterday, I had a root canal with Dr. Jespersen. I will say that he was fast and extremely efficient. He and his staff work very well together and the front and back office staff were very friendly. After Dr. Jespersen completed my root canal his assistant provided me with a pamphlet which explained how to care for tooth and what my next steps should be. Thus far Ive felt no pain (although my shots have probably not worn off yet) I would definitely visit his office again and recommend Dr. Jespersen to anyone who needs a ro... read more
Facilities, Cost and Care are great. When you're there, you feel you are in good hands. Staff is quite professional. Only minor complaint is that you, sometimes, don't interact with the endo and he is not that 'available' for questions and concerns. When you make appts with him with some questions in mind, you may not meet him at all. One time, only the assistant enagaged me throughout and I told her I wished to speak to the doc. My trip across town to visit this endodontist was well worth every minute and penny. I was pleased with the procedure as well as my experience at this specialty office. Dr. Jespersen went ahead and saw me way ahead of schedule (2 hours early despite the crowd of patients), with short notice and fixed my root canal superfast. Amazingly, after the novacaine disappeared I had no desire to run to my nearest drugstore for pain relief.
