I received the wrong model for a piece of equipment. Not sure if it was my fault, or the person who took my order, however, there were no questions asked and no finger-pointing. The staff at JES took care of everything including, returning the item to the manufacturer, and sending me the piece of equipment we so desperately needed. They handled every detail, and their service and professionalism is exceptional! I would not hesitate to use them again for my restaurant for my catering business!

Not only was my order cancelled for zero reason but when I tried to get it going out again I couldn't get any sort of confirmation that I would be receiving the item. So I went through and cancelled it. I was told that refunds go through on Friday. One came and passed and yesterday was the second I called and was told that it would be refunded yesterday and that I would receive an email. No such email and no money in my account. This was the worst not only customer service but overall online shopping experience I've ever had... read more

No problems ordering equipment but if you are missing a part or need to return something, it's the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I had to end up contacting the equipment manufacturers myself to take care of the problem.
