Recently order from JES and had a terrible experience. I was a first time customer who received no guidance whatsoever. Upon ordering it took a ridiculous amount of time to process the order and then I received the wrong shipping information. My tracking number was linked to UPS who was NOT my shipper. My email about tracking was left unresponded. When I finally got in contact with someone they told me my correct shipper and that I would have to make an appointment for delivery.
