Very disappointed. The servers were friendly enough, and yes, they slice the meat in front of you, but its the most processed meat ive ever seen! One loaf looked like blubber! As they were putting on the extras I chose to skip the lettuce because it was so brown. Once all the toppings were on, they doused it with oil (without asking). Fortunately, we were taking our sandwiches home. When I opened the packaging my sub was swimming in oil! Moved to Dixon a year ago. Ordered 3 times. Order wrong all three times. Never using the Dixon store again. Sad too because we like the food typically.
We enjoy getting the salads. The bread is good we just like to turn our subs into salads because they are delicious that way. Staff are great and always helpful and service is fast.
The last time I came here I saw an employee on their phone and then he used the same gloved hands to handle food. I also felt very sick after dining here, not sure if something was left out or if the chicken was cooked all the way. Most employees are nice but have had a few that just seem annoyed to be there.
