Gave me the wrong order, was looking forward to that hot honey cheese steak too
Food was great but the lack of customer service, acknowledgement and acting like it’s a burden to serve you makes it horrible. There was no one in there and it took them 12 minutes, I timed it, to acknowledge me. Ordered my sandwich, had the chips sitting there and she didn’t ring them up. Then when I picked them up to put in the bag she said she didn’t ring them; do I still want them. I will not return to this Jersey Mike’s because of the poor customer service. The only thing I didn't receive at that location is that my sub roll didn't get toasted .
