The customer service in here is horrible! Everytime I go in there to order or call there's a bunch of kids goofing off. All loud and obnoxious... it just seems like customer service is a thing of the past
One of the most horrible stores. Reported incident on the website and got an automated reply saying I will hear back from someone with in 48 business hours. I would like to speak to the franchise owner.
I walked in and all the staff were in the back, nobody acknowledged us and they continued stocking and doing whatever else.
Gave me the wrong order, was looking forward to that hot honey cheese steak too
