My daughter wanted a little oil on her sub. We literally watched them go back and forth with the oil 4x. It was so damn soggy and not edible. Not friendly, and obviously didnt understand what we wanted. Very overpriced for what we got and hers was not edible. Waste of $22
I stopped in for an easy dinner. I should have asked their names, but it was kinda busy. An older lady with the cutest little glasses started our order and was exceedingly pleasant. A younger lady checked me out was also an absolute delight. This is the customer service of yesteryear, and kudos to your team!!
Ordered 3 sandwiches. 2 cold. One hot. The 2 cold sandwiches got done quickly and they asked me what I wanted on them. No problem. But then they brought the hot one out to me all wrapped up like it was done. Never asked if I wanted lettuce, tomato, etc, nothing. I asked about this and they just starred at me like deer in the headlights like they had no idea what to do. No offer to fix it. Nothing. Just throw a plain sandwich at me and shove me out the door.
