Ordered 3 sandwiches. 2 cold. One hot. The 2 cold sandwiches got done quickly and they asked me what I wanted on them. No problem. But then they brought the hot one out to me all wrapped up like it was done. Never asked if I wanted lettuce, tomato, etc, nothing. I asked about this and they just starred at me like deer in the headlights like they had no idea what to do. No offer to fix it. Nothing. Just throw a plain sandwich at me and shove me out the door. I got lunch there today, the guy working the counter, I believe his name was Logan, he was extremely nice and friendly, same with the older lady working with him..I appreciate their postive attitude 🙂 Food is always really good as well !
Today is 5/17/026. My parents and I ordered pick up today. We ordered a giant Mike's Famous Philly, and a regular roast beef provolone sandwich. Both were delicious, the restaurant looked nice inside and the employees seemed very nice and helpful! I don't usually leave many reviews but this one I needed to share! My family/friends will be back soon! 5 stars all the way! Ryan
Staff is very friendly and subs are very good. My only complaint is that twice when I have done a pickup order, I wasn't given the chips/cookies/drinks I ordered. I will be opening the bag now before I leave with it to be sure. Otherwise no complaints!
