I’ve been coming to Jersey Mikes for many years and was always impressed with how great the customer service was until today. Everyone was super friendly but the blonde hair young lady assembling the subs. She had a poor piss attitude not only with me but sadly with every individual she took care of. In my opinion as someone who works in the customer service industry, she definitely will hurt your business

This is literally the second time this has happened and absolutely and utterly pathetic. We ordered delivery which came to around $30. What was left at my house was a soda and a bag of chips. For $30?! Called the store they hung up on me. Went on the app and go figure no where to go to get any help. DO BETTER !
The subs are always fantastic, but they are getting so expensive that a person can't afford to go there as often anymore.
