Went today at 8:30 to place an order. They told me that they were out of bread. Never again.
Really good subs and they make them to order and as you want them. I almost always get a steak and cheese sub. Today I didn't want the cheese, and they made it without for me and I never get it with mayo. I added lettuce, tomato, pickles and some hot peppers and it made for a delicious lunch. I come here about once a month on average and they never disappoint.
I wanted to give a huge thank you to Jordan and the crew at the Owings Mill location. We had a business meeting that was supposed to have food from a different restaurant and that other restaurant messed up. I called The Owings Mill location and spoke to Jordan and asked her for help in catering boxes, cookies and brownies at the last second and she was able to hook us up so thank you for the awesome customer service. This location is rather disappointing because they refused to accept my Jersey's Mike gift card, perhaps this is not their fault but considering that there is absolutely no way to get a response from the parent corporation, I don't know what else to do other than leave this note here
This was a terrible experience. Ordered delivery. We were missing 4 chips & 4 drinks. I called and received a refund because they couldn't have the items delivered. Called back to advise that a sub was incorrect. The manager on duty insisted that all the subs were correct because she made them. She would only refund if the subs were brought back. I ordered & paid for delivery so I wouldn't need to visit the store. I'm extremely disappointed by the way this was handled.
