It stinks.... I won't go there again....
I often go to the Pikesville Jersey Mike’s to pick up dinner for my mom. There is a young man there named Thomas who is always so professional. My mom can be particular about how she likes her sub and he always delivers excellent customer service with respect and a smile. Every time he sees me, he asks, a #8?“ He then says, “say hi to your mom.” Davon, the manager, runs a very nice store where customer service is obviously valued. Both young men working the sandwich line tonight helped make the experience a great one!
Never a fan of being critical of people doing work for little money. I just am not a fan of waiting and waiting and waiting. I'll See how next time goes. Not going to cut them off yet. I'll keep this review dynamic.
I was going to ask for the manager but i did not have time to wait. Ordered curbside today at 10:09am for regular-chicken salad. Order was suppose to be ready by 10:23. I pulled up around 10:25, checked in, and sat for about 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, i went into the store to inquire BECAUSE NOBODY BROUGHT THE ORDER OUT. I was told “it’ll be 15 more minutes” no apology no nothing. I said I’m not able to wait (because I’m on break at work).
