The place is like a kids wonderland, so colorful, kids get to play on the iPads in the waiting room, watch tv, read books play with toys. There's stuffed toys hung over the patients chair....basically everything imaginable to distract a nervous or scared child. Very well thought of. Add to that the staff is very friendly and takes time to get the child to be at ease. The tools are each named and their function explained to the kid so the kid remains calm. I took my daughter here for the first time today. ALL of the staff are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and made my girl feel very comfortable :) She is still talking about how much she liked it and wants to go back!
