I was Born at the old JCMC on Baldwin ave
This is by far the WORST hospital I have EVER been to. I went to there E.R. w/ chest pains and waited for 4 hrs to be seen. They were fully aware of my extensive medical challenges but that meant nothing. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to my worst enemy!!
Last week, I had a procedure here and was so impressed by the nursing and floor staff. I was somewhat anxious, as one would be facing surgery. The compassion, professionalism and patience the nurses on the floor exhibited; put me at ease during my care. I even received a phone call the day after as follow up care. Keep up the great work. Special note of praise to R.N. Kokila Shah- with me pre and post surgical.
