Made an appt at 1040am for my rav4 because the check engine light was on. Arrived and checked in within 5min. Waited for 40min when i got an ER call. Asked the service how much longer it would take? The lady went to check on it, while she was gone i noticed my rav was sitting in the parking lot. I visited Jerrys recently and I left with the impression that they we not interested in selling me a vehicle, I literally could barely get anyone to acknowledge me. I was ready to buy that day, I wasn't just kicking tires as they say, but the selection was really poor. When I finally spoke to a sales associate I told him exactly what I was looking for, I was told "you aren't going to find one of those" there was no offer to show me any other cars on the lot, no alternatives, just nothing, nothing but a condescending attitude... read more
Be careful when making a new car purchase at Jerry's Toyota especially when paperwork is discussed about tires for life warranty. They will tell you that tires for life protect you but they don't. I purchased a truck in August 2013 and had a flat tire April 2014. Tire couldn't be repaired the cost to replace was $270.00. Total rip off tires for life doesn't count. Is this a business or a playground? I spent two hours in your waiting area while my car was being serviced and the majority of the time there were three children running around the sales floor. The kids played hide and go seek, screamed, argued with each other and played with their cat which was in a cat carrier. At one point one of the children shook the cat in the carrier and proceeded to run around while carrying the cat in the carrier... This is not acceptable behavior for a place of business and was disturbing to myself... read more
