We had a great time at the Jerry's in Cordova. My daughter had her first Jerry's Sno Cone and love it. Service was quick and kind. Very impressed.
Just left new location. Took 45 min to get ONE burger. Almost was late going back to work. The employees were rude. I know y’all are busy and just opened but I watched THREE people get food BEFORE me and they ordered AFTER me. I’ve been going to Jerry’s since the Clifton’s owned it on wellstation. Y’all need to get it together bc if I do visit the new location again I don’t have a problem being rude back.

Snow cone was good but not worth the hour wait for it. Service too slow. Won’t be back
The snow cones and food are good, however, it is not worth the wait. Waited over an hour for a snow cone. They have a terrible system which I don’t understand. They don’t ask your name, they don’t assign you a number, they just yell out flavors which is chaotic and just doesn’t make sense. They should invest in a better system, it would only benefit the service. The product is already good.
Great snow cones, HORRIBLE service. Wait for an hour and still don’t get your order. Won’t be back.
