The best snow cones. Food$ very reasonable. The line moves fast! Customer service was pretty awesome on today.

Our order was taken in a normal manner but the young lady did not know how to charge me for a large drink when the combo came with a small drink. Our table was very sticky and when I asked a young lady to wipe it off she proceeded to wipe off the table next to ours that did not have anyone sitting in it. Used to go to the original Jerry’s all the time, but this location is closer and love it just as much!!
Went to Cordova location yesterday mid afternoon. Wait time to order 0 minutes. They are finally writing names on sno cones but are still separating orders. Wait time was long. Very unorganized on orders still. Sending this with love in hopes it gets corrected by hearing feedback. We love your product, but you have bugs to work out. Also need to teach employees about cross contamination. You can not wipe your hands, clean the counter and wipe your cups on the same towel. Jerry’s is alway great especially during the summer. Lots of flavors and a big location in Cordova. Only negative would be they don’t really have a great system for completing orders(name on a cup). Sometimes you can wait for your order behind customers that have ordered after you.
Terrible customer service but the snow cones were delicious.
Incredibly poor customer service at the Dexter location today. Order was lost, server refused to give any money back, and was incredibly rude. I’ve never had bad service at the original location.
