They got my order wrong and would not correct it - 4 burgers and they forgot 1 burger and took forever 1 1/2 hours just to get the wrong order. THEY SUCK !!! But snow cones are AWESOME !!!
Tried to think of a reason to leave more than 1 star, to be honest. Went to the Cordova location yesterday evening. The Positives of the visit were the promptness w/which our order was taken & the fact that there was clean, open seating available. The negatives of the visit: the wait time for my party to get their entire order - the 1st person that ordered in my party got hers 10 mins after ordering, not too bad at all. As soon as we got our delicious snow cones, a huge line formed at the window. I guess we got there ahead of the crowd. Lucky us..!!
Ordered 5 rainbows & only 2 had syrup all way through 3 was only on top & rest was just ice went up to window told them but even seeing the problem they only added a squirt of syrup to one not the others 🤦🏽♀️ Ok well guess I'm glad we live an hour away it melted down making a non edible diss appointment

Went there today because I wanted to see what the hype was all about. Well, to say the least, I was dissapointed. Their snowcone flavors of mango and guava did not taste anything like mango or guava. Basically sweet ice!! We also ordered the kahuna burger, which is supposed to be a teriyaki burger with pineapple, mayonnaise and lettuce. What I got was a uncooked hamburger with tiny pieces of lettuce, hardly any mayonnaise and a tiny bit of crushed pineapple... it was awful. My husband had a BLT, but there was no TOMATO!!
