I very rarely do this, but I'm going to plug Jerry's Service Center here in Norfolk. They did an outstanding job fixing the starter on my car. First they thought the starter needed replaced and quoted me about $400, including labor and tow. Turns out, once they got to looking at it and troubleshot it, it was just a loose connection and they fixed it in less than an hour and just under $100 including the tow.
