Called about my tire pressure concerns told me to come in, even though I was 50 minutes away. Fixed tire, washed car and I was on my way. Very good service, great personnel.
My husband and I came in for a routine oil change on our 2013 Toyota Avalon. We were casually looking and browsing the new 2017 XLE Highlander's. We met a gentlemen named Nima who was our sales person and he was outstanding. He wasn't pushy or trying to persuade us into anything. I knew what I was looking for and asked a million questions. Don't take your vehicle to Jerry's autobody this is the outcome of my truck they did a lousy job I would not recommend anyone to go there the clips they used was plastic n they all keep fall off when I took it back the manager to theirs nothing she can do to help me now my trunk cannot close ������
Had an awesome experience with Tommy Thomas in used car Sales !! All aspects of the process were smooth and quick will always return and use Jerrys !!!
They did not send my trade-in payoff to my bank, cause the loan to show as late. Love my car though.... but they probably ruined my credit score now.
They lie and take your money then they pick up their vehicle that they supposedly got you financed for, and they keep your down payment. I will have to take them to court to get my money back.
My experience was very pleasant, the folks were very friendly and helpful. I know the employees were very busy with folks coming for just car washes and service they all kept their cool and were a pleasure to talk too. Keep up with the great job!!
