Made an appointment to see a car, the car was sold and the salesman didn't call. I walk into the used dealership and there's no one to speak to besides 2 gentlemen having a conversation in an office. I politely say excuse me and ask for 'Ed', the gentleman proceeds to talk to me while sitting at his computer over his shoulder. "Just sit tight, he'll be he in about 15 minutes" "What car are you looking at?" Once I told him "Sold it". Class A customer relations. Waste of time.
Kris Ruhling and John Sanders are great to work with. They both went out of their way to help get Paul his new truck. I recommend you visit Jerry's Toyota when looking for your next new vehicle. Awesome service!!!!! Thank you both!
