I love jerrys toyota, my whole family buys from Jerry Toyota. The customer service is excellent, especially the service that was given by Erick Moskos. Erick Moskos was an exceptional sales representative. He was very nice and sweet , he worked with me to get the best deal possible. He was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely buy another vehicle from jerrys toyota and have Erick Moskos as my sales rep.
Kevin Kolesa has been a great salesman and every time I need a car I know exactly where to go. His new location is a bit farther from me but I will drive the extra miles to get a sales person I trust. Thanks K!

I helped a friend straighten out a problem that she had with her new Tacoma truck and Jerry's Toyota. It is an excellent truck and there was a small problem with the paint, probably due to a misunderstanding, but after talking to the manager and explaining her side of it, the manager agreed that they would make it right. An excellent resolution to a problem that could have stretched out for weeks. I wish all car dealers would be as honest and truthful.
I had my worst oil change service at this dealership. I found no oil in the engine after oil change service!Worst in the world. PS: To be fair, Jerry’s Toyota did try to help, especially the manager Mike. Considering the whole experience and the last response from Jerry’s Toyota online team, I gave 3 stars.
