Jerry's Rock and Gem was established in 1954 as Jerry's Agate Shop by a Boeing machinist named Jerry Appleton. He wanted to supply his own rock habit and to fill the needs of other rock hounds. Jerry moved the store to its current location in 1962, as the business had out grown the restrictions of his own home. Then in 1982, after years of enjoyment, Jerry decided to retire and sold the business to a friend of mine, Tom, a journeyman jeweler and rockhound. Awesome place I would suggest everyone go to at least once, you will not be disappointed. Take the kids, there is much to see like rare dinosaur fossils and a crucifix nail. Great service, wonderful. knowledgeable staff...I will be back, loved the store!

My children and I just love Jerry's! My youngest calls the dino out front Dino Dan. My boys love seeing all the dinosaur's fossils and facts as well as my daughter loving to cover and pick out rocks and crystals for her collection. Anything I need I find. Plus the beautiful kitties! Just absolutely love Jerry's ❤️
One of my family’s favorite places to go. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. Everyone there is wonderful to my son who is super excited about all things dinosaurs, rocks and gems.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are on point with expectations and they have a great variety of rare stuff as well.
This is the best place in Washington State to get a affordable price on gemstones and the sorts I just love this place and will definitely get stuff from it every time I get here.
