Took my mower in for a valve job,instructed John to call before me before any work was done,no one called so I called,talked to John he said valve job done but mower not getting fire to spark plug,told John not to do any more work to mower. After picking it up and returning home I discovered that John or his employees didn't complete the valve job,they also disconnected one of the relays to the starter switch and damaged the valve cover gaskets. Unfortunately, we were not given the authorization to make the complete repair or to even investigate the additional problems with your John Deere. We would never intentionally 'deceive' our customers. We take pride in quality work and have done so for 45 years.
I think Jerry's is great I bought an EXMARK from them and the coil packs went out and they let me use the new Exmark with the floating deck lol until mine got fixed thank yall very much
