Always trying to pad the bill. Took a 2 month old weedeater back to them to warranty the head. After telling them to just fix what's covered under warranty, i pick it up with new air filter, spark plugs and their famous "carb cleaning" added to the bill. After arguing with these crooks I was able to have them remove the new parts and install the old ones.... ran like new.

If you truly used our services and feel like we did you wrong, we would like to talk with you about it. Just a side note - you can't 'un-do' a carb cleaning - and that would make it 'run like new'.
I bought a new 60" Exmark Quest from this establishment a few days ago and was very satisfied with my experience. As soon as I walked in I was met by three generations of people who have owned and currently run the business. I literally felt like family. I was talking to the grandmother for a while who by the way was awesome and was provided with a very informative history lesson of the area from the last 100 years. I have been very disappointed with this shop from day 1. Bought a brand new lawn mower from them about a year ago. I have had problems with it from the day they dropped it off to me. I have brought it back multiple times and they have yet to fix any problems I have had with it. It took me going to another place to get what they wouldn't fix fixed. I would never recommend anybody relying on this business for anything.
